Cake time: 24. 3. 2019
“Not sweet at all—is it vegan?” That was our first response to the cheesecake. Setting aside our apparently strong (and perhaps misguided) opinion of vegan sweets, the cheesecake from T Eten en Drinken was ba said affair. It was very compact with a mediocre taste—like eating old cream cheese. Which is unfortunate because the cake looked very nice, with a seemingly perfect proportion between biscuit and creme embellished by two blueberries on the top. Is it possible we were just unlucky? Maybe it is time to go back and reassess the cheesecake situation.
